The Escape
What freedom actually looks like.
I grew up in New Brunswick, Canada. Moved to the USA in 2001 and spent 15 years as a Chemical Engineer — a 6-figure W-2 that was supposed to be "the dream." It wasn't. I was optimizing someone else's plant while my kids grew up without me.
In 2017 I walked out of corporate for good. Today I own 100 doors producing $2.2M a year, I manage $20M in assets, I live in Maine with my wife and our three kids — Jacob, Ella and Preston — and I answer to no one.
The tool on this page is the exact underwriting brain I run every deal through. The coaching program is the exact system I'd walk my younger self through if I could start over. Both exist for one reason: so men like you don't spend another decade waiting for permission.
"Freedom isn't a beach. Freedom is being the kind of father who can show up — on a Tuesday, in a tuxedo, or on the other side of the world — without asking a manager for permission."
